On your computer, go to Gmail. Enter your Google Account email or phone number and password. If information is already filled in and you have to sign in to a different account, click Use another account. If you get a page that describes Gmail instead of the sign-in page, at the top right of the page, click Sign in.

Open the email app on your phone. Select your email provider from those listed (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail/Outlook, etc) or the “Other” option. Email services from website hosts or businesses will generally be “Other.” Enter your email account information as directed on the screen.

See all settings. Click the Accounts and import tab. In the "Check mail from other accounts" section, click Add a mail account. Type the email address of the other account, then click Next.

You can find an email in your inbox with search terms. To help you search faster, Gmail suggests search terms as you enter words. These search terms are based on information from your Gmail account, like messages, contacts, labels, or past searches.
